All products sold through BTSofficial are guaranteed authentic. We source merchandise through authorized channels. BTSofficial is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with HYBE Corporation or BIGHIT MUSIC.

3. Ticket Purchases

Concert tickets are sold as described. All ticket sales are final. Tickets may be transferred to another person but cannot be refunded unless the event is canceled. BTSofficial guarantees ticket authenticity for all purchases made through our platform.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Klarna.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.

6. Returns & Refunds

We offer 30-day returns on unworn merchandise with original tags. Refunds are processed within 5 business days. Tickets are non-refundable except in the case of event cancellation.
